Triton 3D ABS/ASA Break Away Support was formulated to be 100% compatible with your Stratasys® printers and come with replacement chips but at a fraction of the cost of Stratasys® brand filament. Refill your Stratasys® printer with our alternative to ABS Break Away Support. This grade of ABS BAS is 100% guaranteed by Triton 3D® to work in your Stratasys® printers.
Supplied with an SR30 EEPROM, our BAS is 100% compatible with your Stratasys® printer using the SR30 support settings – we guarantee it! Also available in 184in reels in case you have prints requiring excessive support.
Our ABS Break Away support also work with Stratasys Compatible ASA.
Abrasive Material
This material is particularly abrasive among 3D printing filaments. Users may find standard brass nozzles are chewed through very quickly compared to standard wear and tear. When worn through, the nozzle diameter will widen inconsistently and the printer will experience extrusion issues.
Because of this, it's strongly recommended this material be printed through a hardened steel nozzle rather than a softer metal. Hardened steel nozzles can often be inexpensive and easily installed depending on your printer manufacturer's instructions.
