CarbonX™ PETG+CF is made in the USA using premium PETG and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber (not carbon powder or milled carbon fiber). CarbonX™ PETG+CF is an improved CF reinforced 3D printing filament vs. the competition. This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, and ease of printing.

Stuff is amazing!
First time using this and it came out amazing. The finished look is fantastic, looks very professional. It was easier to print than regular PETG, I couldn't believe it. It's very strong, that much is clear right away. Will definitely be ordering a lot more of this stuff.
Best Ever Carbon Filament!
Pros: Prints very easily with no significant shrinkage and the print has a great-looking finish! Having also printed with Nylon+Carbon, and PC+Carbon, I think this gives the best cosmetic result. Cons: While not as low temperature as PLA, it has only moderate heat resistance (Tg = 80C). The strength and rigidity are impressive as well, but Nylon+Carbon still wins for mechanical strength.
Super strong and dimensionally stable
I used this for many load bearing applications and it holds strong, stiff, and looks really cool when printed. Don't try to bend it with your hands because you'll break a piece of your hand. Not at all brittle for bowden setups but I do make darn sure to print my filament when dry. The dimensions are spot on.

My first experience with this material and the parts came out great. Can't wait to try additional 3DXTech materials.
